Let’s talk about these wraps I aways post on Facebook. I know a lot of people have asked me about them. Not only do they look good, but they taste amazing. I first discovered Brown Rice Tortillas at Publix in the freezer section. They are gluten free and made from brown rice, which caught my attention right away. Making wraps for lunch is my favorite, because it is so simple. You can put almost anything in a wrap to make it a complete lunch or dinner. I have a few combinations that I add to the wrap, but here is my favorite.
Turkey Brown Rice Tortilla Wrap:
- 1 Brown Rice Tortilla ( heat in microwave for 10 seconds)
- 4oz grilled chicken or Turkey
- hummus
- mustard
- spinach
- avocado
- tomato
- cucumber
I have these wraps at least twice a week and always look forward to them. The type of turkey that I use is Applegate Organic Roasted Turkey Breast. My son also loves this turkey. I also like to have some fruit on the side. Let me know if you try this wraps and how you like it:)

Holy smokes!!!… I didn’t know they made brown rice tortillas! I’m on a mission to find those now. Do you know if they have them at Trader Joe’s or Whole Foods?

I eat them almost everyday. 🙂 with salsa chicken , spring mix, and homemade guacamole. Best lunch on earth!
