I mentioned on my Facebook page a couple days ago that I was going to make a Peanut Butter Oatmeal Raisin Protein Cookies. I am happy to report they came out great! Taste tested and hubby approved. Clean Cookies just in time for the Holidays!
Peanut Butter Oatmeal Raisin Protein Cookies
Dry: Combine Ingredients 1 1/2C dry oatmeal 1 scoop protein powder 2 Tbsp PB2 1/8tsp salt 1tsp cinnamon 1tsp pumpkin pie spice 1tsp baking soda 1tsp baking powder 1/4C raisins Wet: Combine Ingredients 1/2C all natural apple sauce 1/4C egg whites 1/4C all natural peanut butter 1tsp vanilla extract 1tsp almond extract Directions: Add wet ingredient mix to dry mix and stir together. Spoon mix onto a non stick cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes. Makes 12 cookies.Enjoy!
